Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days; expedited options are available at checkout. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

Returns

Unworn, unwashed items with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on worn items — please use the size guide before ordering if you’re unsure of your fit.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Start a return for the original item and place a new order — this is the fastest way to get the right size back in your hands without waiting on a swap to process.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
